Omari and the team over there are great. They have a huge service center, pick up /drop off and a great team handling your experience from A-Z. I just need my car fixed, but they go above and beyond.
I’ve been searching for the perfect vehicle and stumbled upon it at Vanguard. Jon Fealy provided exceptional follow-up and kept me updated on the status of the vehicle, even when I couldn’t visit the dealership in person. I’m thoroughly satisfied with both the experience and the final outcome.
The good and the bad. First the good. Took my Sierra in for service and they notified me that my original purchase services were expired but they would do this last one since I was in Wisconsin when my last service was due. Much appreciated. The bad. Then they recommended an alignment, and air and cabin filter change. All for approx $250. They said I had uneven tire wear pointing at an alignment issue.
