Vanguard is hands down the best gym in the CHS area!! They have all the equipment a powerlifter may need and more. The owner JJ is super dope and is so attentive and helpful!
We came down to visit Charleston for some vacation and decided to come to this Gym, Great owner, very nice guy, great equipment and great members. I walked into the gym 280 I walked out 230 at 5% body fat
Amazing powerlifting gym! Has all the stuff you need to progress on both big lifts and more general weight training and bodybuilding, and has some CrossFit and Strongman items for training as well. Easy to get a day pass or sign up.
