I had an appointment with Yulia and she explained my options clearly and made things much easier to understand. She was friendly and easy to talk to. I felt embarased to discuss my personal life with a solicitor but she made me feel at ease and I felt like she genuinely wanted to help without adding any pressure as she understood my timescales.
