Great service
Our van was booked in for a half an hour job but it turned into a much bigger problem and they kept us in the loop and fixed our camera in a few days. Great service and communication. Thanks
I hope that anyone looking to use Vango heeds my advice to seek the service of another company. Booking in for agreed upon work was arduous at best, and not only did they fail to fix the problem they assured us they could, the four different individuals we liaised with were particularly dismissive, impolite and inefficient. The detritus (including multiple dirty rags) left, extent of greasy finger prints and general lack of respect for our belonging was offensive.
