If I could give 0 stars I would. I called ahead to get a quote for an aircon install and hot water system in my caravan and was told to bring it in so their technicians could assess it. After driving there, the technician didn’t even step inside the caravan. Instead, I was told everything would be “too expensive” or “wouldn’t work.” No alternatives were suggested, and every question I asked was dismissed. The attitude was rude, belittling, and unhelpful. Decided to give a different company a go with servicing my van. Tech support was good, it was only a basic service, with a few extras, which they did well, but unfortunately the customer service at the front desk, specifically a lady by the name of Alana, who met me at reception and later dealt with me over the phone to arrange pickup, left a lot to be desired. I recently needed to purchase a extraction fan for our motor home, and at short notice. Great product from Germany. It was bought online through VanGo and I explained the need for a quick turnaround for delivery. It came within 2 business day. With technical assistance from VanGo I did the install, job done. I don't normally do reviews, but given the professional & helpful attitude of VanGo's I felt compelled to do so. They did a great job, and I really appreciated their support. I had a problem with a Webasto Diesel heater, took it to Vango for potential warranty fix. Faulty overheat sensor. On collection they told me that I had water in the fuel along with sediment of which I doubted. $500 charged! Unit worked once, but the problem returned. With the unit now out of warranty I did nothing other than change the overheat sensor myself. Problem is now fixed. I will never trust these people again.
