I was able to get an appointment within a week, and they quickly fixed my A/C and headlight. VanGo saved me hundreds compared to the dealership quote, and the staff truly made me feel like family. I’ve officially found my new go-to repair shop!
I'm not a car girly, so when my bug decided to kick the bucket Crystal was communicating every day with me and explaining everything I didn't understand. She was incredibly empathetic and continously gave me varied options on what I could do for my car. Sucks that my engine and car had to be Frankensteined back to life but love the doctors who put her back together! Highly suggest!!!
Had a new to us VW Vanagon gone through. They were very thorough and honest about what needed to be done. They were fast and efficient with the work we had them do and understanding about my choice to take on some of the work myself. Jordan was very communicative during the process and was so helpful. When I need service on my Porsche I’ll be using them too. Without question the best service I’ve ever received at a mechanic. Thank you Jordan and crew. You’ve helped make my wife very happy with her new (to her) Vanagon.

Well what can I say but VanGo just doesn’t disappoint. More than that they go above and beyond pairing expertise with being awesome humans. We’ve been hanging with Jordan and Crystal since the jump and are so thankful we’ve got a trusted crew that doesn’t just fix stuff but lends their honest opinion to do what’s right.
