So glad we had a reservation as the restaurant guests kept coming in. The restaurant was so loud there were times we couldn't hear the server. Not sure if Kendall was stretched thin but the wait for everything was longer than expected for everything from our drinks to the food. One of our pasta dishes was cold and we were unable to get anyone's attention. Chicken parm didn't have much of a flavor, kind of bland. Meg was absolutely phenomenal! She made our entire experience at Vangel’s unforgettable. She was incredibly attentive, personable, knowledgeable, and genuinely passionate about what she does. You can tell she truly cares about her guests, and her service was above and beyond. Her recommendation of the passion fruit martini was spot on — absolutely delicious! We enjoyed the Bourbon Paradise & Ginger Beer, delicious P.E.I. mussels, incredibly tender pork shank, perfectly cooked red snapper, and fresh grilled asparagus. One of the cooler spots I’ve been too recently. Very thoughtful & creative menu from the food to the cocktails. The space is stunning and the hospitality was wonderful from top to bottom! Can’t wait to go back!
