Terrible customer service from scheduling technicians. Called to inquire about prescription written by Dr. Vang after 2 visits with him. I was told they were too busy to help and to see a different specialist, even though the prescription was written by this Doctor. They were not willing to help, were short and rude and unprofessional.

I had a 4:15 appointment and he instructed staff at 4:20 to reschedule and left for the day. Wow! I get it if he's America's Next Top Doctor, but hey, customer service is a thing. And so is someone driving 50 minutes to an appointment.

I'd like to rate him lower than one star but that's not possible. This doctor did not seem able or perhaps was unwilling to discuss the complications that resulted from his surgery preferring instead to wave a hand at my concerns to dismiss them as trivial. I asked him for help in following one of his instructions about my care and all he did was stare at me. He failed to inform me ahead of time of the permanent impact of my surgery.
