I was very impressed with the service provided. Jai and Demi were so pleasant and easy for me to make my queries and receive No condescending answers. Needed some attention to solar, leak at antenna, and door lining. Will certainly be going back to VanFit. Information from Jai was freely given, and Demi knows a good shopping precinct close by. I was very pleasantly surprised! I went to VanFit n made it clear from the start that i've a very low budget n I'm seeking advice only, as i've already bought most of the components for my setup. The owner explained with clarity, why certain components were not needed at this stage, how to utilize my panels with maximum care, how to upgrade my system in the future and pointed out an important but cheap part needed to finish my current level of setup safely. The team at van fit are fantastic, We purchased a drawer handle, sadly this got delayed with the post system. One phone call and a replacement was shipped, the team emailed advising shipped then followed up with a phone call once delivered. Great support, fantastic customer service.Thank you Chris B
