Jeff and his crew are top notch! We have been in our current rental for too long!! anytime we have a repair they are very prompt to get somebody out here to get things taken care of! Never had any issues with them getting things fixed. I would definitely recommend them for any future properties that you’re looking to rent!
House was dirty when we moved in. Management company refused to respond to maintenance issues and billed us for them on the way out. Highly unresponsive to all correspondence. Renters and homeowners beware.
We rented From Van Estates a year ago. When we moved in we found several things wrong and when we would call them they didn’t answer e-mails or phone calls.When we moved out they charged us for previous repairs, and took 95% of our deposit. They refused a walk thru of the property!! They are very unprofessional, please do not rent from Van Estate.
