Jake was very helpful. I was in the area and needed a cover for the sliding door on my MB Sprinter. I called and left a message, and I got a return call in about 20 minutes. I explained what I needed and told him I wanted to pick it up. We agreed on a time for me to come. When i arrived, he test fit the cover. It fit great, so i purchased it. They don't have a way to sell in store, so I had to order online, and pay with a card, but that was not a problem. I would definitely buy from Van Essintials again.

Great product. Got the bug screen bundle for my ProMaster for rear doors, slider and front windows. Straight forward install. Quality made and durable while being very easy to use. Much better value than other manufacturers of similar products while maintaining a very high quality design and sewing. I modified the slider screen by adding 7” at the bottom so I could mount it higher in a cabinet box so it is hidden when rolled up and does not block the view looking out.
