I am sorry for giving you ONE Star; they deserve 0. This place has zero customer service know-how. My wife tried to rent items from this business, but they could not fulfill the order TWO days before the wedding. Instead of owning the mistake, they blamed my wife for not showing up to sign a contract when she had been in the office twice in two weeks. Very sad that this place was just sold to a family that you can tell that don’t have no clue of the business and customer service. We have been renting at this place for the past 8 years but with the experience that we just had unfortunately I will never put a foot at this business. They were Rude,had zero customer service and try to overcharged us.

Very poor Costumer service. The lady at the counter very unprofessional, rude and disrespectful. Don’t waste you time and money here. I just rent an equipment in very bad quality and they charge me as well for the damage that I didn’t make. I don’t care about the money but this guys need to learn what is good costumer services and respect to another person’s especially costumers. Un servicio al Cliente pésimo!!
