Venessa has given me nothing but great customer service. She is very knowledgeable when it comes to insurance. I even started to buy renter insurance from her. She is quick to provide all the necessary paperwork that I need. I also needed to switch out my leased 2018 Rav 4 to a 2019 Chevy Equinox that I had just bought and I was only on the phone with her for 10-20 minutes and everything was taken care of.
