No bedside manner at all. She was covering for my regular OB when I went into L&D at 40 weeks - it was my first time meeting her under stressful circumstances and she could not smile at me or be personable at all. She had the most stone cold look on her face the entire time I talked to her - and made me feel so small. Thankfully that was the last time I saw her and the OB on the next morning shift delivered my baby.
Best physician ever! So professional, smart and thorough! Both physicians Dr. V and Dr. Bissinger delivered and cared for my babies during their delivery and I trust them so much. Now I go for routine gyn care and they are just as caring and thorough. Love this practice. Their front desk and MAs are great too!
Dr. Valerezo is very thorough and takes her time to ensure you understand what she is explaining and takes her time. This shows her passion to providing her patients with the best possible care. Her confidence and kindness put her patients at ease.
Excellent service from the moment you walk in. My doctor is Vanessa but I also see Kristen Orlofski. Amazing team all around, professional, attentive, knowledgeable and diligent. Always all questions and concerns are addressed and they follow up. I am very happy and pleased with their services. I wish I could give more stars.
