No stars because she doesn't deserve it she's always lagging to give me my glasses i never receive them on time and my vision is so poor especially in one eye. I wouldn't recommend this place she said I can be blind and doesn't communicate about the delays of the shipment she just talks about what she wants please go somewhere else you will be broke and not worth waiting for. Horrible experience! I will never return! It wasn't even an exam, she spent maybe 5 min looking at my eyes ....My appt was at 12 NOON, wasn't called until 1240 - The office was a mess! Get back in your car and go to DR Gold in Sunnyvale -- On Sunnyvale Ave.
Dr. Vanessa Hoang is an extremely professional optometrist that I have gone to for many years. She is very polite, knowledgeable, and always helpful.
