I have been going to Oak Street Health for over two years, in Harwood Heights. The facility is spotless, and the staff is pleasant to deal with. My Primary Care Doctor is Vanessa Sohn.These days there is a shortage of Primary Care Doctors in the U.S.. I feel blessed to have her, Dr Sohn is very knowledgeable, and she answers any of my questions. She has a caring attitude, and listens to what I have to say. She is pleasant to deal with, and I’ve never felt rushed. I would like to thank her, and her entire staff.
Dr. Sohn is a terrible doctor! She refused to see a patient due to false information and the manager at Oak Street health falsely accused the patient of things that never happened! The appointment was cancelled while sitting in the waiting room for the appointment! I am seeking legal representation against Dr. Vanessa Sohn and Oak Street Health!!!
