Took my 87 YO father to the office today for a real bad ear infection. The staff was terrific. The doctor saw him 20 minutes early! He left with a prescription that was called in promptly and he has a follow up appointment in two days so she can continue to check on him. Highly recommend.
I had an appointment with this doctor, showed receptionist the email verifying the appointment, and still they did not have me down. This is the second time this has happened. This is the last time I will go to this awful doctor.
