Vanessa was a massive help in finding a home - friendly, great communication, not pushy at all and would provide solid feedback for each place we looked at. The connections she had after the fact for closing requirements and renovations was a huge bonus. She didn't ghost me the second I said yes, she was there the whole way and is continuing to help long after I've settled in. Couldn't be happier.
