Worst place to call and get a hold of anybody. You call during normal business hours and it either hangs up on you or it will go to an automated voice message system that says they are closed. You have to keep trying for several days just to get a hold of someone to make an appointment or get information. I have even called other Lewis Gale offices to see if there is another number to call or if they can help and there are no other options.

I had an extremely disappointing, frustrating & highly unethical experience with Vanessa Pinter after my trusted PCP, Heather Bragg, relocated. Ms. Pinter ignored my established treatment plan and insisted on unnecessary referrals and tests. Despite my chronic Lyme disease and severe pain, she was unresponsive to my needs, leading me to seek alternative pain relief methods. I could write a whole novel about why you shouldn't schedule an appointment with Vanessa Pinter, but I won't. I'll sum it up to the fact that she does NOT listen, rushes you out the door, makes you feel incompetent, and treats you like a dollar sign instead of a person. My first appointment with her 3 years ago left me so hopeful, but it was ALL downhill from there. SEEK A DIFFERENT PCP; unless you want to leave each appointment feeling completely defeated and like you don't matter as a human being.

Very hard to get an appointment within one month, but the office still accepts new patients. If you can't manage your current patients, please stop doing this. Finally, I got one appointment, waited for a month and a half, and one week before the appointment, her office called me and wanted to postpone the appointment! The office visit was also not a good experience: she seems to be not caring about patients at all. She didn't listen to what I was saying. I scheduled a new patient appointment six weeks out. By the time the apt came I checked my time and my apt was 1030 so I decided to be there 15 min early for new patient paperwork. Upon arriving I was told my apt would have to be rescheduled because I was not there 30 minutes early. If this is the policy the front desk should call the day prior and confirm the patient is aware of this especially when apts are made so far in advanced.
