I have had a horrible experience at Vanessa Morgan. I paid $700 to have my eyeliner tattooed. I was in excrutiating pain the first treatment and resulted in no ink implanted at all. I then had my touch up a month later, still resulting in no ink again. I then had another 2 treatments to try get the eyeliner to stay and was still left with nothing. After the first treatment I did not want to go ahead with any more treatments and wanted a refund but was told that I couldn't expect it to be perfect the first time and that I had... read more

Amazing service. Mum had a facial and neck massage - staff were very patient to help Mum feel relaxed. Will be going back again
Always on time and the staff are friendly and makes me feel at ease. Their website is easy to navigate, premises is easy to find with parking at the back.
