Vanessa is the main reason I always schedule with this clinic even though there are some nearer. She is all that one would wish in a caregiver/NP. She is patient, thorough, and prioritizes the needs of the patient. She asks great questions and really listens to the answers. She is very knowledgeable about a wide range of health conditions, and up-front about what can and cannot be treated there. The BEST Urgent Care Clinic around Vanessa got me feeling better so quick and she was so helpful and kind and really took the time to figure out what was wrong. Actually if she was a doctor she would be my doctor. Thank you for making me feel better. I highly recommend the Urgent care in Hy-Vee on 64th St. north of the river.
Nurse practitioner was very thorough and was truly concerned. I would truly recommend as the intake receptionist was very pleasant aswell
She is respectful through and listens attentively. You explains her findings and the treatment. She is very professional and knowledgeable.
