My wife and I have had a horrible experience with this office. It started with having an employee causing me long term mouth pain as a result of using too much force to open my jaw for a simple filling. I decided I was going to say something during my next visit, to which I was told she had already been terminated by the practice. I trusted this office after specifically providing my updated insurance information in advance and being assured my coverage was accepted. Based on that confirmation, I proceeded with the appointment, only to be blindsided afterward with a bill close to $300 for a routine service that should have been fully covered by insurance.
