I'm so happy I could cry. Vanessa Maldonado was so incredibly lovely. She was patient, kind, took the time to listen to my concerns. She explained everything and put a lot of my concerns at ease without being dismissive. These kinds of appointments can be so scary and she was fantastic! Not once did I feel scared, uncomfortable, or invalidated. Thank you, Vanessa!

I attempted to work with Vanessa Maldonado and scheduled three appointments over time. Unfortunately, every single one was canceled by her. While I understand that occasional conflicts happen, canceling all three appointments demonstrates a pattern of unreliability. This caused significant inconvenience and ultimately made it impossible to move forward. Very unprofessional experience.

I was pleasantly surprised at how friendly and receptive everyone was and how Dr. Maldonado was very efficient and helpful when I needed answers. Staff even got me coffee while I waited to give a urine same!
