UPDATE! ( i indeed did have endometriosis and 6 cysts on my fallopian tubes. Vanessa Cameron not only dismissed my pain but turned me away luckily I finally found a dr who cared, had empathy and advocated for me and my pain or i would have never known i had endometriosis and cysts in my fallopian tubes.) She was very knowledgeable and I felt that she listened to me.
I don’t get all the great reviews. She’s cocky and condescending. I knew from the start when she plopped down with her arms crossed and invalidated so many things, she wasn’t for me. Not to mention I had to wait a hour passed my appointment time with zero acknowledgment or apology. She’s a self proclaimed hormone advocate but basics that every doctor should know, she stomped on. I went to her once and would never trust her with my health issues, thank goodness I wasn’t carrying a child because no.
Dr. Cameron is wonderful. I was quite anxious about my visit and she quickly put me at ease and made the experience comfortable.
I went to Vanessa for my second pregnancy just to experience a new obgyn and how they did things… all reviews I read were great about her so I expected the best or at least good. She made us feel very rushed and as if we didn’t matter to her, every office visit would be the same she would come in ask if we have questions then leave immediately not talk to us about baby or anything else.
