Dr. Louis is insensitive and very aggressive both when conducting examinations and when treating patients. During our appointment she denied care to me because I felt uncomfortable hearing a patient using the restroom very loudly in the room next to me. She scolded me screamed at me clapped her hands at me as if we were out in the streets. I honestly believed that I would be attacked by her.
