We paid for ten photos, but she released only nine in the gallery. Eight of the nine pictures were very blurry that Staples could not enhance or remedy. Further, she disabled the gallery after we left a Google review so we could not even re-upload the photos (please see screenshots below). She said we "did not sign" the contract even though she had received payment in full. We will report to the Georgia Department of Commerce. As a parent, we were thrilled for the senior photos. She took money took money for senior photos in May 2025, and she released the password to access the gallery on July 22nd, 2025, one week shy of two months, and after she told us on six different occasions that she was unavailable. First, she said that she was almost in a hospital from an infection; then she was busy with her daughter's Girl Scout work; then she was busy gardening at hone; then she was at dinner with friends; then her mom was ill; then she had headaches and not available.
