Vanessa Lewis is simply amazing! She has been doing my makeup for filming for several years, and she never disappoints. We were thrilled with our photos from Vanessa, both our engagement and wedding photos. Vanessa listened to what we wanted with the look and feel that helped bring the vision of our special day to its fullest ...even with a quick location change due to rain. We paid for ten photos, but she released only nine in the gallery. Eight of the nine pictures were very blurry that Staples could not enhance or remedy. Further, she disabled the gallery after we left a Google review so we could not even re-upload the photos (please see screenshots below). She said we "did not sign" the contract even though she had received payment in full. We will report to the Georgia Department of Commerce. As a parent, we were thrilled for the senior photos.
