I really like Dr. Duncombe but her staff is awful. They care nothing about patients. Do not follow up on messages. At this point right now I am shaking as I type this message because I am going through withdrawals of a medication which should have been handled last week but the staff during Dr Duncombe cared nothing about looking at my records or referring my records to another doctor while Dr. Duncombe was out. I would not recommend this office only because of the staff she employs.

I have been seeing Dr. Duncombe for about 5 years...and I must say she has a great chair side manner, patient, caring, very through and concerned about her patients. I have referred many family members and friends to her practice and must say they were very much pleased with her caring services also...so glad I finally found a doctor I can call my own.
Dr. Duncombe is the first physician I have ever seen whom I feel genuinely cares about me and my health. She actively listens, she is thorough, she follows through and she is tenacious in seeing that all parties involved in my health care do the same. If I have to wait a little longer for that I'm good, because she is simply giving everyone the same level of care. She truly shows that her patients aren't just another number.
Made appt.1st time to see Dr.Duncombe and did not know the medical assistant had cancelled my appt.without my recognition. I never canelled it myself. Surely would not recommend this doctor or esp.her staff. What got me was they lie
She is very knowlagable and extremely personable. The entire staff was awesome! I have an adult special needs child and it is difficult to find a dr or practice for him. He really liked her and the staff. That's huge in our lives! They were all very accommodating and she understood his needs. Just overall absolutely a wonderful experience. Would definitely recommend her!

Excellent physician, who spends the time necessary to care for her patients. Although this may result in a longer wait time, unless you have an early appointment, she is worth the wait. Her staff, which has dramatically improved over the past year, is excellent, as well.
