I saw Dr. Kuwajima after experiencing severe nausea daily for months. I was at risk of losing my job and had lost 20 pounds. She prescribed pepcid even though I didn’t have any heartburn symptoms, ordered an esophagus xray, and told me the nausea was probably due to being overweight. I spent $400 on the xray, took the pepcid for two months, and saw no improvement. Dr.Kuwajima is highly professional and patient, kindly answering all my questions. Their friendly attitude made me feel at ease. The treatment was thorough, and I felt very confident in their care. Highly recommend!
Dr Kuwajima and her staff (Serena and Ashley) are excellent! They are professional, extremely thorough, and are on top of your care! You won’t find a better team of medical professionals anywhere. Their bedside manner and genuine concern for their patients is top notch!!
Went to appt with dr k and was told to schedule and ecndoscopy. Which i did. Office called me with my instructions. Went next day for endoscopy. Got Hooked up to IV and heart monitor as they wheeled me Back dr k came over and said we don’t have your insurance referral and I can’t do this procedure. AFTER HOOKING ME UP TO ALL THE MEDICAL EQUIPMENT. obviously someone messed up cause it’s beyond me that I Made it past the from fest for the procedure.
