Vanessa is a dedicated, knowledgeable and detail oriented realtor who did a wonderful job helping us find our home. She did an amazing job finding places that matched our criteria and provide great advice on the areas as well as the properties. Once we found our new home we also benefited from her experience and diligence getting all the paperwork done. We have no hesitation in recommending Vanessa.
Taz and Vanessa were absolutely incredible to work with from start to finish. We sold our condo first, then our townhome and bought a brand new house with them- and every step felt organized, supported and genuinely cared for. They guided us through staging ahead of time and even brought in a designer to offer suggestions that made a huge difference. The stager they recommended did a beautiful job. Vanessa is an exceptional realtor and exceptional "HUMAN" being (no pun intended). you will be glad to make her your realtor and friend.
Vanessa is not just a realtor, but more like all around help who are new to town. She helped us buy a house and buy a car among other things. When we needed a plumber, an electrician and a handyman, she was the one who found them for us. After helping us buy a house, she is again helping us find a new house. She is a kind of realtor who puts clients' interests before hers. She stopped us from having a buyer's remorse many times. I would trust her anytime with the biggest purchase of life.
Vanessa patiently took us through the first time buyer experience many years ago and then through the sale of that property and the purchase and sale of our next. Even when we moved away from her geographic area, she was still available for questions and advice. I can't recommend Vanessa highly enough. You will be in good hands.
