I’m extremely disappointed with my experience today. I arrived at 3:40 PM based on the salon’s website and the sign on the door, both of which clearly state closing time is 5:00 PM. I even took my hair out beforehand to prepare for my appointment. After traveling 30 minutes, I was turned away with no accommodation or attempt to help despite arriving well before the posted closing time. This completely ruined my plans for the evening. I have to brag on this salon. These women are so AMAZING. Vanessa always does my hair and she is so gentle, takes her time to perfect every single strand — I will never go to another salon ever again. All of the women here are so sweet, they make you feel so comfortable, always checking on you to make sure you’re okay. I’m always in and out, I literally love them SO MUCH. Only salon I go to for a blow out! They do excellent work. I’m in and out in a timely manner usually a little over an hour. The ladies are very gentle and friendly.
