On time, very professional, answered all of my questions. Price for a leak test was 1/3 of what another local company was asking for.
Vandy's does my residential AC service and maintenance but my business requires us to use a "preferred vendor." After a quote of about $5700 with a 5-7 day wait time for parts (in the Alabama heat of August) from the "preferred vendor," I was authorized to call out Vandy's for a second opinion. His technician showed up, verified the issue, got the part and installed it, and we had cool air flowing in about 3 hours! They are professional, courteous, efficient, and effective. I couldn't recommend them strongly enough!
Great service, same day service
Great experience with Vandy’s! They always come out quickly when we need them, and were very helpful and honest when we needed to replace our upstairs system. Will absolutely call them anytime we need HVAC support!
James came out for a maintenance service on a 2 ton AC unit. It was a house I just purchased, so I was not sure about the condition. Sadly I had to replace my outside unit. Having said that, James was incredibly knowledgeable, easy to get along with, and lightning fast replacing my outside unit. I recommend Vandy's for any heating and air issues. Nice folks and very responsive.
