As a Real Estate Broker, I always had trouble collecting my sales commission even before they went in receivership, I had to go to Small Claims Court twice.
Something weird is going on trying to contact them no response also I don’t see any progress how can you take someone’s money and go ghost
Bought since 2017 and nothing! Now I’m reading online that they’re having financial issues. clearly they’re bankrupt. After reading about their financial woes and misuse of the funds for the UPTOWN properties I’m so disappointed. People are just trying to live.
