Amazing place to live in. Greg was the superstar! Lived here for a year and had wonderful joyous moments. Close to campus and good rents. Maintenace at its best we could ask. Big spacious rooms with hard flooring. The community had gardening properly done almost every once a month. Close to the bus stop and good transportation. Lots of food places near dominos, mc donalds rallys arbys all walk by. Student friendly apartments with flexible leasing. Just some mice sometimes which were treated prompty by greg. Greg was super helpful! He came surprisingly fast I’m used to waiting several hours for maintenance teams to respond to me but he was quick! He fixed the problem and the problem and helped prevent it from happening again.
