Second year my husband has placed an order with this store for Christmas. My husband enjoys speaking with the jeweler and says he always has a pleasant conversation with him. Husband placed the order online then called the owner to work out the details. I got a call the week of Christmas by a friendly lady who said I had a gift to pick up. Over the phone it seemed like they only do quick turn around times on repairs if you bought the jewelry from there. Just something to keep in mind.
Lady hung up on me when I was just trying to ask a question. Didn’t even answer me, just hung up. I even tried calling back to ask if the call dropped and she hung up on me again. Actually unbelievable, horrible customer service skills she can’t even answer a yes or no question without being a b word about it. I will never be coming here.
