After several years of suffering with poorly fitting dentures, I read an article on Brock Vandor at Vandor Denture Centre. I went to the office for a consultation & Brock recommended that I look into having dental implants to accommadate a new denture. Brock emphasized how important good teeth / dentures are to peoples health as they age . Customer service, fantastic. Until there was a problem. Then mostly good with one rude exception, but rude enough to make me dread going there now. Unfortunately, the product didnt hold up. At 13 months, eating chocolate, one of the teeth fell out. 10 months later the same thing while chewing cheese and crackers. They charged for both repairs, despite how new the dentures were. So 2 friend referrals i sent their way decided to go elsewhere and i can't blame them, nobody wants to have to repair dentures every year. ... read more
Vandor dentures centre is giving me a very positive experience during an unpleasant time of my life. From the first time I walked in I was greeted by very friendly office people who were always positive and never forgot my name. Matt has always made sure that I walked out with perfect fitting dentures, even when I came in without an appointment. I know I still have a ways to go but I'm positive they will continue to give me a positive experience. Thanks guys!
I just finished my 3 appointments with Brock and talk about a wonderful man. He made me a new person. You will not find anyone more expertise than Brock.This place was such a joy to visit, the staff is wonderful so helpful full of energy. You will not find a better place to give you a better smile😘😘😘
Was so happy with my experience with Brock. The dentures I had been using for over two years just weren't working so I decided to see if Brock could help. They are perfect - he took so much care to make sure they were a really good fit. They are very comfortable and feel so much better in my mouth. I now look the same as I did before my teeth were extracted - I am just so pleased!
