So...to say I was impressed is an understatement! I went to their garage sale and walked away with tons of goodies! But that's not the best part....this place is amazing from start to finish! First EVERY staff member was amazing, awesome and beyond helpful! I had the best time up there and met some really amazing people! The work they produce is.....STELLAR!!! I recently placed a deposit for a mid-roof VanDoIt. The entire process was stress-free, with clear and transparent pricing for all components and customizations. Conversations with the Van Guru were pleasant and timely, making the experience smooth overall. I’m looking forward to future conversations with the rest of the team and, of course, picking up the van in Missouri 😃🚐
Vandoit May work for you if your are spending the huge amount of money to purchase and outfit a van from them. But don’t be misled by their promises to support you if you have bought a used van which had been outfitted by them. They refused to quote me any kind of price( and have no online prices) for add ons that the van did not have without an invoice being written up, ready to bill you without you even knowing if the price was justified for your needs. Picked up our van on 3/6/24. Would like to thank the entire crew at Vandoit for their amazing customer service . The orientation was excellent and we never felt rushed. Their tech support made several modification immediately. It was a truly positive and experience. Hats off! You folks are wonderful
