4yrs 😀 and couldn't ask for better management. Very kind & caring. Quiet and peaceful. Convenient, yet off to ourselves. Perk for the kiddos of being next to the park. Oh and storm shelter right next door also!
We are family of 3 with a toddler. The Slumlord Jana Kelly sobel. We have numerously reported black mold in cabinet (confirmed by maintenance as well) and cracks in hollow tub shell as well as setting water in the drain. Among other issues. Her solution was to have someone paint over the crack fumes were nearly unbearable and he gave my fiance the paint to finish. The other issues were never addressed.
