Be warned: if you want their technician to so much as step downstairs and glance at your furnace, they’ll hit you with a $310 “basic furnace visual inspection” fee. This was incredibly deceptive because when I called to ask about pricing, I was told they’d inspect my furnace for $79.99 and then provide repair options. I would not recommend this company. I have had a terrible experience with them for the past 3 years. I purchased a property that they had worked on and installed the heating for. They were the only ones that knew how to work on this heating system because it was meant for a heated driveway, not to heat my home. Every winter the system fails, and I need to call them so they can rip off $500. This year, they ripped me off $1550 by taking out the driveway heating system that they originally installed!
