J. Vandevere personally solved any problem I had with the collision center. He truly cares about his customers. He stepped in and corrected the problems I was having with the manager Shane. I feel very valued.
If I could give negative stars I would. Literally the worst experience with a repair service. The Manager Shane Schwaben is condescending and unhelpful. Got rear-ended in a pile-up accident in October and my car is still in disrepair after they've attempted to fix it three separate times (and counting). 1. First time it was returned to me with the wrong Chevy emblems on the back. Back to the shop it went 2. Still really upset about my repairs, I have had to bring my car back twice, and now just found something still wrong. My car also smells like the inside of a mechanics shop. It was there a month and a half. First time they put the wrong chevy emblem on, even though 3 sets of paper work said the correct information. Taking my 1 year old Chevy Colorado to this place after someone rear ended my truck has been a disaster and an absolute nightmare. I’ve had for a total of two weeks on and off since April 1, 25. Over $25,000.00 worth of work and it’s worse than when they started. New frame, new bed, drive shaft, and even more and I now have to take it to a new collision center to replace the bad drive shaft they used and new rear differential. About halfway thru the process and so far even though we have bought 3 kia's from them seems like we got lost in the big store suffle They forget to call you and cant pick up the phone when we call. They finally called at 455 to see if we would like to pick up the car because they are closed over the weekend. They close at 5 lol most people dont live next to kia.. they did get the estimate done quickly.
