About halfway thru the process and so far even though we have bought 3 kia's from them seems like we got lost in the big store suffle They forget to call you and cant pick up the phone when we call. They finally called at 455 to see if we would like to pick up the car because they are closed over the weekend. They close at 5 lol most people dont live next to kia.. they did get the estimate done quickly.
I unfortunately hit a raccoon and it really damaged my car, I called a couple days later and they got me in pretty quick for an estimate, and even let me leave my car there a few days early. Jesse was very nice and prepped an estimate, and also walked me through the insurance process. He was quick to answer any questions I had, even over text.
