Horrible experience, I came in for an engine diagnosis and had a few ideas but technicians did not do a thorough or basic diagnosis. They only did what I had an idea of but charged me full priced, and missed gas in my oil, beiloken wires for fuel injectors and so much more. I ask before they pull my car out to check a few more things and they said they'd have to charge me again. Hunter is fantastic! Great customer service, really cares about his customers and your vehicle, which I appreciate!! He kept me updated daily with texts.
Alex Brad and Hunter really helped me with alot of questions today. Thank you guys for making sure I understood everything and made me comfortable.
Tim Snyder was my salesman and did an excellent job. The truck I wanted was close to the one they had on the lot but not exactly. So Tim spent a lot of time looking for one with the features I wanted. Once he found one it took a while to get it but he kept up with the trade and got it within the week.
