We have gotten our house heating propane through Vanderyacht for 10 years or more. I have found them to be honest, and reasonably priced and they have provided a high level of service and have been flexible. They are a great company!
I was in need of a very particular fitting. After calling many different places VanderYacht was the only place to have that fitting, but it was there only one already on a hose they used for work. He was willing to let me use his fitting while the fitting I ordered came in. I couldn’t believe the customer service. Every other place I went to wouldn’t even try to look it up or even know what it was. Tracy at the Burlington location gained a customer for life! Thanks again!
This company is an all out rock star team. As a city girl new to living in the country and completely new to the concept of propane delivery and checking meters... There's been multiple times I've forgotten to check my propane levels until I was at 5%.,.. (and once completely out).. When I call,.. here she comes, Miss Sophie to the rescue!!! She had a truck out to my house almost immediately to fill the tank up.. Yes.... Their policy is to place orders one week ahead of when you need it,.. and definitely don't be irresponsib... read more
To be closed on weekends is a travesty! We’ve been out of propane for three days in sudden Valley and you guys couldn’t come help us out! Since we are obligated to buy our propane from you, we could not buy from anyone else! Cannot cook on Christmas Day! You don’t even deserve 1 star.
