I thought the ice cream I make at home from scratch with my great aunt's ice cream maker was the best on earth. After tasting the ice cream at Vanderwende's I must admit that I am wrong. Their ice cream is perfect! Friendly staff, yummy homemade cones, huge portions, and rich creamy delicious ice cream.
We had a great time at this creamery. The ice cream was without a doubt the best I have had in a long time. I took my grandson for his first creamery treat and he enjoyed the ice cream and watching the cows from where we sat down. Great treat for the family.
