We have worked with Gerry Comatos for years! He is great! We will work with him for closing of the sale of our present house. Brianna is assistant. Everyone at Van Dewater & Van Dewater are professionals all the way. My mother’s house sold in 2015.
I highly recommend working with them.
We used this form for our house closing and both Marty and Becky went above and beyond. They were extremely attentive and very quick to respond. They walked us through the entire process from beginning to end ! I would recommend them in a heart beat!
They have been “working” on our deceased son’s estate now for almost six years. Unprofessional and extremely slow. I would not ever have them as my legal firm again. Thanks for not closing our grieving hearts door.
