I took my car in for a fuel pump problem. The battery was also in need of a charge. They told me the battery was so dead that it could not even be jump started. I have driving for over 50 years, so I knew this was total nonsense. They also quoted me a price to replace the fuel pump that was $200 more than D&L Automotive, so I jump started the car without a problem and rushed off to get it fixed by someone I knew would not rip me off. I had the battery tested and it was OK and just needed a recharge.
DON'T GO TO THIS SHOP!!!!! My 84 year old grandmother needed a tune-up...2 days later she got her car back with a $832.88 bill...I'd love to say they at least found some major problem to explain the cost but they didn't. This is an 84 year old woman who drives to the store and back twice a month in a 2002 Volkswagen with 46026 miles on it.
We were on a trip and had an engine problem with our truck. These guys not only got us in immediately, they gave us a loaner so we could feed the family. They did the work quickly and at a fair price. A local recommended them and I see why. Hard working honest folks, it doesn't get any better. Thanks Guys!
