Customer service was nice! Everything on site went well, was probably there 1.5 hrs. Only issue was the way my trailer was loaded/The water was shrink wrapped to the pallets. Once I got to the receiver and opened my trailer, water was everywhere. Pallets had fallen over. No I was not driving crazy. Cruised at 61 mph that day.
You can show up when you are scheduled to show up and they will ALWAYS make you wait. They can never seem to get down how to schedule things at this site. If you come here plan not to be in any hurry to leave.
