This dealership is worthless.My starter went out on my bike and I was on a trip with ten of my friends. And they said they couldn't get to it till three the next day, and they closed st six. Said it was a big job and had to pull the primary cover off drain all the oil. So I rented a U Hall and was up in Escanaba at Bald Eagle harley davidson best Harley Davidson dealership in michigan. 11 people on a trip, and wouldn't change a starter on one of our bikes. Bald Eagle Harley-Davidson of Escanaba took care of us and helped return U-Haul truck. Apparently Vandervest is too good to get their hands dirty on service work. Very disappointed
Ordered something for my bike last week. Said it was probably going to be in on Thursday. Part was in on Tuesday. Excellent 👍. Thank You VanderVest.
