The Vandervate team just catered my brother’s wedding and it was THE BEST dinner I have ever had! Delicious, well cooked meat, more than enough for everyone, and they were SO nice! Thank you guys!
I'm posting this review for those that want to do BBQ, but aren't sure from whom or what they might get; dry, bland, small potions, under done or just poorly planned. Not the case with Pit Master John and his team of professionals. The meats (we chose all), the presentation and the service where amongst the best we could hope for. My family and I do a lot of BBQ whenever possible and always when we're in Texas. John brings that right to our area and more so right to you. John has been our caterer for a charity fundraising event for 5 years in a row now. His food is great and his crew gets everyone fed and through the line so quickly!! We love Vandervate Bbq!!
We had John cater our daughter's Graduation party (approximately 45 people) and it was a huge success! Guests raved about the food. John & his wife had all of the food presented & served beautifully. Highly recommend!
I worked with John for a wedding this past weekend. Over 450 people in there were leftovers! He was wonderful to work with great communication. I lost count of all the comments of the wonderful food.
