EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL STAFF (the person answering the phone) I was HUNG UP ON 3 times for seeking help with a CIVIL RIGHTS matter. The lady that answered said "WE WONT GO AGAINST POLICE TO HONOR YOUR CIVIAL RIGHTS EVEN THOUGH THEY VIOLATED THEM"
