Vanders Glass worked closely with me to help create a custom oversized radius mirror (white) for my entry way. I was grateful for their advice early on to consider the most appropriate size for the space, in addition to helping decide the final finishes of the mirror. Amazing customer service & quality! Cannot fault my experience with Vanders Glass & Mirrors. I have purchased x2 mirrors from Vanders and both times the service and communication were outstanding. Thank you for my new mirror! From ordering to delivery you guys were so helpful. I had so many questions and was stressed about getting a mirror so large via post but it arrived in perfect condition and within 3 days. AMAZING!!
Purchased a ‘gold’ mirror which arrived and is more ‘rose gold’. Have called & emailed multiple times to return the item and exchange for a different mirror. They never respond to emails or answer their phone. Terrible customer service.
