This man knows his stuff
Good work.
He did really well the first couple times we used him, does great work. However, we recently had him come over for a quote to run an Ethernet cord down to the basement and to run another outlet on an existing line. He told us he would get back to us that night with a quote. It’s been almost 3 weeks now and no response and every time we message him now, he reads the message but doesn’t reach back out to us. It’s a shame, I really did like his work but we won’t be using him again.
I'm happy with Lorens level of knowledge and he does good, quality work. However, he forgot to hook up two outlets and I've been trying for almost a year and a half now to get him to come back out and fix that despite his repeat promises that he will.
