This is an update. It is now May 31st. My original closing date was April 17th. Still waiting on paperwork that this law firm is responsible for concerning the sale of this home. Very lackluster performance by this law firm
Update the yesterday's post 5. 16, 23. Did receive a phone call finally around 5:30 in the evening. He promised to do the paperwork. Needed for at least a month today. 517-23. I'm waiting a response as to whether or not the paperwork was filed today. Will continue to update
My realtor and title company have been trying to get an answer to a problem we're having in purchasing the home to which his office is handling the paperwork for. It's been more than a month trying to get the paperwork. He last told the homeowner/ seller that he had a big case and no time to do this letter. Meanwhile both our lives are in limbo. How long are we supposed to wait for a straight answer? Haven't even been told if the paperwork is filed with the judges or if it's even necessary to do so. Will not return calls
